The **Clinical Engineering Analyst** in a hospital is essential to ensure the **safety, efficiency, and availability** of medical-hospital equipment, which is critical for patient diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring. **Total Compensation:** R$6,537.11 **Work Schedule:** 220 hours (Monday–Friday) **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper operation of medical and hospital equipment through periodic interventions to prevent failures (preventive maintenance), as well as repairs when necessary (corrective maintenance), including execution of tests and calibrations, ensuring that equipment operates within required standards of accuracy and safety for appropriate patient care; * Receive, install, and uninstall equipment, ensuring its proper functioning—this includes the equipment receipt process, verifying equipment condition prior to installation, confirming correct operation, performing initial adjustments, tests, and calibrations, and also uninstalling equipment when required, ensuring the entire process occurs without damage and complies with technical standards; * Train and guide assistants and technicians, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively; monitor their performance, provide support for their development, and deliver regular feedback to management to adjust strategies and promote continuous team improvement; * Monitor qualitative and quantitative indicators, using data generated by standardized systems, feeding external monitoring systems and conducting critical analysis for continuous improvement; * Complete service orders in the management system and prepare technical documents related to activities; * Train users on the correct handling of medical-hospital equipment; * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality; * Supervise third-party service providers as needed; * Specify parts, accessories, and materials required for maintenance; Perform other duties inherent to the position. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Systems Engineering / Biomedical Engineering and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** * Cafeteria; * SESC benefits; * Day Off.
