The company operates under the trade name Growth7, with its headquarters located in Barueri, SP. We are seeking a proactive and organized **Bitrix24 CRM Specialist** to join our team. You will be the key player in optimizing our team’s workflow, serving as the central point of contact for all Bitrix24-related initiatives, collaborating directly with our current team to accelerate development and ensure platform stability and continuous evolution within the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Development and Customization:** Design and maintain components, perform integrations via REST API, and customize Bitrix24 modules to meet the company’s needs. **Process Management:** Act as a bridge between business units and the technical team, designing and implementing automations and workflows to optimize operations. **Support and Evolution:** Provide specialized technical support, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the platform’s continuous evolution. **Validation and Feedback:** Monitor deliverables, verify compliance with requirements, and collect feedback to support the continuous improvement cycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience as a CRM Specialist, Developer, or Analyst, with a focus on Bitrix24. **Tool Proficiency:** Solid experience with Bitrix24 Cloud and its features. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and REST APIs for customization and integration. **Automation:** Experience with automation platforms such as Make (Integromat) or n8n to build integrations between Bitrix24 and other systems. **Communication:** Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and business stakeholders. **Growth 7 Profile:** A growth-oriented mindset grounded in data and experimentation, prioritizing initiatives that drive business impact. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bitrix24 certifications (Developer, Administrator). Advanced experience with Make or n8n in complex automation projects. Experience with webhooks and third-party APIs. **Additional Information** * Location: Alphaville/Barueri, SP * Work Model: On-site, Monday through Friday during standard business hours. * Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) * Salary: Between R$ 5,000 and R$ 7,000.
