Responsibilities Operationalize all routine tasks within the Human Resources Administration department, including collecting documentation for employee onboarding, managing admission and periodic medical examinations, evaluating eligibility for benefits, administering and maintaining electronic timekeeping systems, managing banked hours, verifying payroll, managing vacation schedules, and controlling invoices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed or currently pursuing); Knowledge of payroll calculations and labor legislation; Experience with the Protheus system is a plus; Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
