Job Summary: A professional responsible for laying construction materials, cladding building facades, performing building maintenance, carrying out minor repairs, and managing the company's assets. Implementing actions to maintain company facilities in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions, performing minor repairs and promoting infrastructure and layout adaptations. Managing asset control, maintaining records of furniture and equipment locations, conducting periodic inventories, and ensuring furniture and facility integrity.
