On-site material and equipment control **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide field teams (masons, laborers, and other professionals); * Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards; * Control the use of materials and equipment on site; * Support planning and organization of work fronts; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction; * Ability to read and interpret project drawings; * Experience managing construction site teams; * Completion of elementary education.
