Position: OPERATIONAL LEADER – Coffee Machines | GNX GROUP / NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL Project Work Location: Technical Center – Nestlé Professional | RECIFE, PE Job Description: We are seeking a professional to serve as an Operational Leader, acting as the focal point for the Trade Assets team at the Nestlé Professional Technical Center. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the team of Maintenance Assistants for electro-electronic equipment (Nestlé Coffee Machines); * Monitor operational routines and ensure compliance with internal processes; * Plan and execute technical activities in coordination with the Trade Assets department; * Provide daily progress reports on operations to Nestlé Professional management; * Monitor team technical production and delivery performance; * Provide technical and operational development for team members; * Offer support to third-party employees onsite; * Participate in strategic meetings with the Nestlé management team; Inventory/Warehouse Inbound and Outbound Control Requirements: * Proven experience in managing operational/technical teams; * Ability to monitor performance indicators; * Leadership profile, strong organizational skills, and effective communication; *Experience with electro-electronic equipment and technical maintenance is preferred.* Minimum Education Level: Technical Diploma Preferred Qualifications: * Electronics, Technical Course * Electro-Electronics, Technical Course
