




We are looking for a QA professional to join the Green team, contributing to the development of our intelligent, humanized, and multichannel customer service center that efficiently connects every point of the patient's journey with empathy and measurable results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform and our Service Agents (AI), working closely with development, product, and design teams to deliver the best experience to our customers.
