




Perform administrative tasks of low complexity, such as inquiries, data entry, reception, distribution and control of various documents, files, telephone attendance and other similar activities, aiming to provide bureaucratic support to the activities within their work area. **Responsibilities and duties** * Sort, verify and dispatch correspondence according to received instructions, enabling proper distribution of mail packages; * Control and archive documents, classifying them according to their nature, subject and other factors, registering them according to established criteria, in order to prevent loss and ensure their preservation; * Receive visitors, directing them to requested locations or individuals, providing prompt and courteous service; * Answer phone calls, taking or relaying messages, as well as handling various requests by consulting files, systems, procedures and documents or other sources, in order to provide necessary information; * Provide office or cafeteria supplies, arranging material restocking and controlling small inventories to ensure the operation of service units; * Perform copying and binding services, internally or externally, to meet required demands, as well as sending and receiving faxes and related tasks; * Maintain internal or external contacts to provide or obtain relevant information; * Organize and maintain files, performing necessary sorting and control according to supervisor's instructions, facilitating access and consultation; * Comply with policies, procedures and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations and proposing corrections for unsafe acts, thus contributing to the implementation and maintenance of regulatory, legal requirements and rules governing SGI1\. * Participate in internal events / campaigns / trainings related to SGI; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum Education: High School. * Technical Competencies (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, licenses, registrations and certifications) Knowledge of routines inherent to the job. * Behavioral Profile (Skills and attitudes) * Interest, promptness, observational skills, discipline, agility, discernment, good presentation and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Previous Experience: 6 months of experience in office routines. **Additional information** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy benefit * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolution process is driven by change.
