In Brazil, the company stands out for the quality of its cheeses, milk, and dairy derivatives. **Responsibilities:** Manage end\-to\-end customer service operations within the region. Work efficiently and innovatively to achieve continuous improvement. Manage logistics indicators for both the manufacturing plant and customers (Fill Rate, Returns, In-Stock, Days on Hand [DOH], Order Service Availability [OSA], Breakage, Forecast Accuracy [FA], Virtual Inventory). Promote collaboration with key regional customers through periodic meetings to monitor service levels, clean up customer portfolios (database sanitation), and develop action plans to ensure consistently higher customer service standards.
