




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for end-to-end acquisition, integration, and performance management of local retail partners for Amazon's Hub Delivery program in Brazil, conducting field-based prospecting and operational execution. Proven ability in in-person prospecting and cold calling. The role entails end-to-end acquisition, integration, and performance management of local retail partners participating in Amazon's Hub Delivery program in Brazil. This is a hands-on, field-based position focused on street-level prospecting, cold calling, and operational execution. The ADE is responsible not only for bringing partners into the network but also for ensuring they consistently meet Amazon's delivery standards. This role demands strong ownership, comfort with field execution, and the ability to lead partners by example through direct involvement in daily operations. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in sales, business development, account management, or field operations. * Proven ability to conduct cold calls and in-person prospecting. * Strong sense of ownership and comfort working in a highly execution-oriented field role. * Ability to manage performance using KPIs and operational metrics. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or market/network expansion. * Experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Brazil. * Comfort working independently in dynamic, goal-oriented environments.
