Job Summary: Senior R&D Analyst for innovation, development, and continuous improvement of products/processes in the precast concrete and industrialized construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Senior Research & Development (R&D) Analyst** to join our technical team, with strategic involvement in innovation, development, and continuous improvement of products and processes focused on the **precast concrete and industrialized construction** sector. This professional will play a key role in conducting technical studies, laboratory testing, and factory-scale validations, ensuring performance, quality, technical feasibility, and cost optimization, while collaborating closely with **Quality, Production, and Engineering** departments. **Key Responsibilities** Conduct research, evaluation, and qualification of new materials and raw materials—such as cements, admixtures, EPS, fibers, and cement boards—ensuring compliance with technical standards and business requirements. Develop, test, and validate new lightweight concrete mix designs, focusing on mechanical performance, durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Plan, execute, and monitor laboratory tests and industrial-scale trials, analyzing results and proposing continuous improvements to products and processes. Prepare, organize, and interpret technical, statistical, and comparative reports, ensuring traceability and supporting data-driven decision-making. Provide technical support to Quality, Production, and Engineering departments, assisting in resolving deviations, improving processes, and standardizing procedures. Lead and participate in innovation projects in collaboration with suppliers, universities, and internal strategic departments. Monitor technological trends, industry innovations, and regulatory updates, participating in technical events, forums, and sector-specific working groups. **Tools and Resources Used** Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel for technical and statistical analysis. Quality management systems and industrial ERPs. National and international technical standards (ABNT, ASTM, ISO). Laboratory and materials testing equipment applied to concrete technology. **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)** Proficiency in concrete technology, materials chemistry, and industrial processes. Practical experience with laboratory testing—including compression, tensile strength, absorption, density, and other physical and mechanical tests. Solid knowledge of applicable technical standards. Experience in Research & Development within industrial environments.
