This comprehensive scope enables us to deliver high-quality logistics services throughout the national territory, connecting people, businesses, and markets. ### **WHAT WE SEEK?** We seek a professional to serve as a **Commercial Analyst** at our unit located in **Recife / PE**. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * **Large Project Management**: Lead strategic bidding processes (global accounts or highly complex operations), designing custom solutions involving dense logistics networks. * **Data Analytics \& BI**: Structure and monitor commercial KPIs (conversion rate, pipeline, churn, profitability per client), creating dashboards for executive reporting. * **Mentoring and Processes**: Support the technical development of junior/pleno analysts and optimize internal proposal development workflows to enhance agility. * **Consultative Negotiation**: Conduct high-level negotiations, advocating technical and commercial solutions before client decision-makers. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in the logistics sector with focus on customized projects; * Advanced Excel / VBA / BI tools (Power BI or Tableau); * Financial acumen desirable (knowledge of P\&L, margins, and taxes). ### **POSITION DETAILS:** Salary; Employment type: Permanent (CLT); * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\. **Benefits:** Meal allowance (Caju Card) Transportation allowance (Caju Card) Health insurance (Unimed) / Dental insurance (Bradesco). **Interested in this position!?
