Support the creation of learning environments ***DHO ANALYST (Infrastructure/Projects Segment) \- RECIFE/PE (On-site) \| CLT*** **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Postgraduate degree in Human Development, Corporate Education, or related areas is desirable. * Prior experience in **Organizational Human Development, T\&D, or Corporate Learning**; * Knowledge of **andragogy and adult learning methodologies**; * Experience in **designing and delivering training and development programs**; * Familiarity with **learning platforms and online and in-person engagement tools**; * Experience in **preparing reports, projects, and executive presentations**. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead **corporate learning and people development projects**; * Structure and deliver **onboarding and integration programs**; * Develop and support initiatives focused on **organizational culture and employee engagement**; * Plan and facilitate **training sessions, workshops, and corporate events**; * Support the creation of **learning environments and development experiences**; * Prepare reports, metrics, and departmental presentations; * Support **budget planning and control for the People function**; * Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify development needs.
