Standardization of service orders and financial alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure sales process compliance and its impacts on customers, operations, and finance; * Manage service order workflows with solution providers from the portfolio (validation and adherence to sold items); * Standardize service order issuance for subsidiaries and partners; * Lead the handover process between sales, implementation, and operations; * Align sales, billing, and collections with finance, impacting commission calculations; * Standardize sales processes outlined in the Playbook and customer communications. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in commercial processes, operations, or back-office functions; * Familiarity with CRM and management tools; * Knowledge of sales pipelines, contracts, and billing; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and reporting. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in project implementation; * Background in technology/healthcare; * Experience with NPS and customer experience; * Knowledge of process methodologies.
