Request cargo pickups from logistics providers and manage returns and warranties. Enter invoices into insurance companies' systems. Monitor the receipt of parts at workshops. Conduct daily follow-up and manage insurance company interactions via their online portals. Update payment information in insurance companies' systems. Manage warranty claims and reversals with insurance companies. Assist HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks. Perform other related duties as required by the department. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
