Support members in their decisions about financial products and services, creating financial life strategies and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates. **Member Portfolio Manager \-** Be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of predominantly corporate (PJ) members, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs, selling products and services aligned with set goals, aiming at achieving strategic plans. **Prospecting \-** Prospect new members and business opportunities by understanding the member’s business sector and debt level. Conduct visits to establish new business relationships and strengthen engagement with existing members. **Digital Specialist** \- Facilitate member interaction with self-service and automated channels, promoting agility and guiding members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members better use available products and technologies. **Transactional Activities** \- Monitor portfolio debt levels and implement measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and legal actions.
