Opportunity for growth within an expanding technology company Remote Position | Network and Infrastructure Analyst (Junior or Mid-level) – NLT Telecom **NLT** is a rapidly growing technology and connectivity company with nationwide operations and innovative solutions in telecommunications and IoT. We are looking for a **Network and Infrastructure Analyst** to strengthen our technical team and ensure our operations continue to scale with **high performance, security, and reliability**. About the Challenge You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving NLT’s critical infrastructure, including **administration of multi-vendor networks (Cisco, Huawei)**, **Linux systems**, **process automation**, and **DevOps/SRE practices**. We seek someone with technical curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and the desire to grow alongside a team that values continuous learning. Key Responsibilities * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment (switches, routers) and protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, QoS); * Administer Linux servers and perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and hardening; * Automate infrastructure processes (Ansible, Shell Script, Python, Terraform); * Manage environments using Docker and Kubernetes; * Handle complex incidents, propose improvements, and prevent recurrence; * Collaborate with development and security teams on DevOps practices (CI/CD); * Implement monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana). Required Qualifications * Practical experience with Linux (Red Hat, Rocky, Debian, Ubuntu); * Solid understanding of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, dynamic routing, IPv6); * Technical English (reading and writing). Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation); * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Familiarity with CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions); * Knowledge of network security (firewalls, VPN, ACLs, Zero Trust); * Experience with Cisco and/or Huawei equipment; * Hands-on experience with Docker and automation (Ansible, Shell Script, or Python); Level: Junior or Mid-level (salary commensurate with experience) **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Employment Type:** CLT **Culture:** Collaborative environment, focus on innovation, continuous learning, and technical autonomy.
