Production Coordinator

Description

**Production Coordinator** to lead and coordinate production processes in the manufacturing of stainless steel machines and equipment for slaughterhouses and food industries. The professional will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring production, ensuring quality, productivity, adherence to deadlines, and excellence in manufacturing and welding processes. Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor all daily production activities; * Lead production, welding, assembly, and finishing teams; * Plan and allocate tasks according to the production schedule; * Ensure quality in stainless steel manufacturing and welding processes; * Monitor productivity, team performance, and production KPIs; * Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of shipments; * Collaborate closely with PCP (Production Control and Planning), engineering, procurement, and quality departments; * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement; * Maintain departmental organization and compliance with safety regulations; * Supervise TIG/MIG welding and industrial equipment assembly processes. Requirements * Experience in industrial production coordination; * Background working in companies manufacturing machinery and equipment for slaughterhouses or the food industry; * Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and welding; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Experience managing production teams and processes; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Commitment to quality, productivity, and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of continuous improvement and KPI management; * Experience with sanitary industrial processes.
