Job Summary: We are seeking a Master Control Operator to join the broadcaster's technical team, ensuring transmission quality and continuity, as well as accurate on-air content execution. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure correct program display and adjust schedules in real time. 2. Monitor signal quality and adhere to broadcast schedules. 3. Operate the master control and execute commercial breaks. We are looking for a Master Control Operator to join the broadcaster's technical team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring transmission quality and continuity, following the scheduled programming and guaranteeing accurate on-air content execution. Responsibilities Operate the broadcaster's master control, ensuring correct program display. Select and switch among various feed channels according to the pre-established program and commercial schedule. Adjust schedules in real time, in accordance with the timing specified by SBT. Execute commercial breaks and review the program broadcast sequence. Receive and organize commercial material deliveries from Florianópolis. Monitor signal quality and adherence to broadcast schedules. Requirements Completed high school education; Knowledge of hardware, Office suite, and internet; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility; Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends, if applicable).
