Job Summary: Professional responsible for end-to-end product flow management, including inventory, order picking, packaging, transportation, and reverse logistics, aiming to optimize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Focus on customer satisfaction * **Inventory management:** Maintain precise control over products to ensure availability for sale, including receiving, organizing, and continuously updating inventory. * **Picking and packing:** Selecting items for each order and properly packaging them to protect the product during transit. * **Transportation management:** Coordinating package shipments to end customers, often leveraging partnerships with Correios and third-party carriers to ensure fast and timely deliveries. * **Reverse logistics:** Managing the process of customer product returns — a critical step for consumer satisfaction. * **Cost and performance indicator control:** Monitoring logistics operational costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize outcomes and ensure the business’s financial health.
