Job Summary: A professional to perform field services, including installation and repair, ensuring equipment safety and proper operation. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city's geography; * Driver's license category B and defensive driving certification. Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media: twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embody the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Operate company vehicles when necessary; * Carry out other related duties as needed by the department and as directed by leadership; * Maintain company vehicles in accordance with Fleet Department procedures, ensuring their proper operation; * Implement workplace safety processes, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and PPE usage, in compliance with current legislation; * Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures; make referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard and be accountable for the preservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of resources provided by the company, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924685
