We believe in harnessing the potential of waterways to move our resources and connect South America. **Want to embark on this journey toward a better future with us?** We are looking for a **Contract Management Coordinator** who will lead contract management, monitoring compliance, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure fulfillment of obligations and alignment with current laws and regulations. **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Contract Management Coordinator**, you will be responsible for: * Managing the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to closure, ensuring all parties meet their terms and conditions. * Ensuring contracts comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies, performing risk analyses and proposing mitigation measures. * Actively participating in the negotiation of contractual terms and conditions, handling modifications or renegotiations as needed. * Monitoring deadlines, payments, deliveries, and other contractual obligations, ensuring they are fulfilled within the agreed scope and schedule. * Acting as a focal point, communicating with involved parties, clients, and suppliers to maintain relationships aligned with contractual objectives. * Managing contractual disputes and litigation, seeking solutions that minimize impact on the organization. * Maintaining an updated record of all contracts, ensuring documentation is secure and organized. * Tracking and controlling cash flows related to contracts. * Ensuring compliance with government laws and regulations. * Monitoring the execution of quarterly audit processes according to the internal schedule. * Ensuring compliance with HBSA standards and procedures and safeguarding company assets; * Ensuring the IMS – Integrated Management System complies with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environment) standards; * Reporting on the performance of the IMS – Integrated Management System and opportunities for improvement; * Ensuring the integrity of the IMS – Integrated Management System is maintained when changes are planned and implemented **Requirements and qualifications** If you have: * Required: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of laws, technical and regulatory standards, project management tools (such as MS Project), and analysis software (Excel, Power BI). * Experience in the role.
