We seek a talented and committed professional to work on highly significant projects in a collaborative, agile, and innovative environment. We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines, without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) across projects; * Support engineering in developing, updating, and continuously improving the PQP and quality processes; * Monitor critical activities and control records of the Quality Management System (QMS); * Identify, analyze, and address non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and review procedures and checklists per contract; * Deliver training and promote the Quality Policy across construction sites; * Identify design interferences and propose improvements to the production process; * Organize documentation for Data Book and support preparation of operation and maintenance manuals; * Support certification processes (e.g., LEED) and participate in internal and external audits.
