




Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk will assist in the full inventory management process—from receiving and inspection to distribution and material control—ensuring efficiency and organization. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for assisting in all stages of inventory management—from material receipt and inspection to distribution and control. The role actively supports warehouse organization and maintenance, ensuring process efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities:** * **Operations:** Assist in assembly, packaging, storage, organization, disposal, and transportation of products and tools. * **Receiving and Inspection:** Receive, inspect, select, organize, store, adjust, and distribute products, tools, and materials according to orders and instructions. * **Inventory Control:** Update systems; verify and inspect invoices, purchase orders, and products; conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels; determine minimum and maximum quantities; monitor fast- and slow-moving items; forecast monthly inventory needs; track product/item expiration dates; verify delivery deadlines for products/items; inspect quantities, quality, and expiration dates of products/items; distribute products/items and materials. * **Organization:** Organize the warehouse to facilitate movement and control of stored and to-be-stored items. * **Equipment:** Operate material handling equipment. * **Safety and Quality:** Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace; comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in warehouse routines. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite, inventory management systems). * Ability to work collaboratively and follow established rules and procedures. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Experience with SAP system. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive allowance. * Commuter allowance. * On-site cafeteria.
