In this role, you will be responsible for: * Scope: \- Offline (TV, magazines, newspapers, radio spots, outdoor advertising, and other promotional materials); \- Online (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms); * Developing briefs outlining campaign performance objectives, execution planning, and media placement; * Coordinating with advertising agencies to execute campaigns—including creative concept approval and production (filming, photography, digital format creation, etc.)—and ensuring timely delivery to each requesting department; * Developing briefs and executing and monitoring social media platforms (FB, YT, IST, LK, TW), including local actions and adaptation of international posts; * Assisting in developing and implementing the social tagging plan in Sprinklr, alongside the website and lead management teams; * Aligning with headquarters on international campaigns also aired nationally; * Monitoring campaign performance via KPIs: Offline: ROI, TRP, GRP; Online: Visibility, Views, Engagement, Clicks, Traffic, Leads, CPV, CPL, CPU; * Coordinating campaign rollout into point-of-sale materials (briefing, layout approval per brand guidelines, execution oversight) and delivering via sharing platform (Ação Portal); * Coordinating campaigns with the sales team (including regional media) and after-sales; * Aligning creative deliverables with the global team to secure approvals respecting the brand guide; * Managing procurement processes: issuing purchase requisitions with briefing, purchase orders, technical budget validations, and tracking order releases; * Preparing summaries of production investments (forecast vs. actual) and flagging variances; * Managing the department’s budget and coordinating with finance and other marketing areas; managing scheduled payments. * Beyond the tasks listed above, this role requires deliverables aligned with each brand’s communication strategy and positioning, as well as the needs of each area (marketing, PR, media, dealer network, after-sales, commerce). Autonomy and advertising expertise in the sector—as well as specialized knowledge of digital media and social networks—should enable proposing innovative initiatives. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Excel; * Advanced English proficiency; * Prior experience in marketing and communications, content production, internal client engagement, agency relationship management, social media, and budget and financial planning oversight.
