Backhoe Loader Operator Position – Earthwork Projects Description: The **Backhoe Loader Operator** is responsible for **operating and maneuvering the equipment** during excavation, loading, and material handling activities on earthwork, paving, and infrastructure projects. Works directly at job sites, ensuring precision, safety, and quality in task execution. Responsibilities * Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, loading, and material transportation. * Assist in trench digging, cuts, and embankments according to technical specifications. * Perform daily equipment inspections, checking oil and fuel levels and overall conditions. * Support the construction team in organizing work fronts. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen. Requirements * Basic education (preferred). * Prior experience as a backhoe loader operator on earthwork or civil construction projects. * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category C or higher. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for heavy equipment. * Willingness to work on-site.
