### **About the position:**
A supermarket stocker is the professional responsible for organizing, restocking, preserving, and pricing merchandise in a retail establishment.
### **Mandatory requirement:**
* Completed elementary education
### **Desirable requirements:**
* Prior experience in merchandise restocking or similar activities
* Basic computer skills
* Agility and ability to work in a team
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
### **Responsibilities:**
* Organize and restock products on store shelves and gondolas according to purchasing department guidelines
* Check and monitor product expiration dates, performing replacements when necessary
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring attractive product presentation to customers
* Conduct inventory counts and verifications to ensure stock accuracy
* Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise, identifying possible discrepancies and reporting them to the responsible department
* Provide courteous and efficient customer service, answering questions and helping locate products
* Contribute to maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and fostering a collaborative work environment
* Ensure proper maintenance and organization of equipment and tools used in the stocking department
* Follow workplace safety and hygiene regulations, using personal and collective protective equipment

* Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
