Join Us! **Responsibilities:** Operational leadership, technical supervision of projects and internal/outsourced teams, team, materials, and equipment management, short-/medium-term activity planning, quality control for internal/outsourced providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and serving as the liaison between engineering and the construction site **Requirements:** Proven experience in the role of Construction Foreman. Basic understanding of activity planning and scheduling. Proven experience as a site supervisor/Construction Foreman **Additional Information:** Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM \| Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Location: Praça Alexina Cândida Conceição, 5 \- Centro, Patos de Minas Employment Type: CLT Job Type: Permanent CLT Work Location: On-site
