You will work with qualified leads already handled by the pre-sales team (SDR), responsible for conducting consultative meetings, negotiating, and converting clients securely, strategically, and efficiently. Main responsibilities * Conducting consultative meetings with qualified leads * Negotiating and closing legal contracts * Managing pipeline and executing strategic follow-ups * Updating CRM and organizing the sales funnel * Working with conversion targets and KPIs * Collaborating with the sales team for continuous process improvement Requirements * Proven experience in sales and closing (Closer role) * Strong negotiation and meeting facilitation skills * Good verbal and written communication skills * Persuasive, disciplined, and results-oriented profile * Availability for on-site work during business hours Preferred Qualifications * Experience with legal or financial services * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management * Track record of high performance in conversion Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Transportation allowance
