#### **About the position:**
* Work as a Personnel Department Assistant, supporting administrative and operational routines related to people management.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
* Collaborate with the Human Resources team to keep processes updated and organized.
#### **Main responsibilities:**
* Control and organization of employment documents, such as contracts, hiring, and termination records.
* Timekeeping verification.
* Support employees by addressing questions related to the personnel department.
* Assist in preparing reports and fulfilling accessory obligations, as well as benefit enrollments and cancellations.
* Update HR internal databases and systems.
#### **Mandatory requirements:**
* Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred.
* Prior experience in personnel department routines.
* Knowledge of current labor and social security legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
#### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):**
* Experience with RM TOTVS systems.
* Knowledge of benefits administration and electronic timekeeping routines.
* Updated training in labor legislation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

#### **Work schedule and working hours:**
* MONDAY TO SATURDAY
08:00 TO 18:00
