P\&P Distribuidora has an open opportunity for an HR Intern! **Main Responsibilities:** * Support management in organizing and monitoring HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, etc.); * Assist in preparing management reports and presentations; * Support planning and execution of development, engagement, and organizational climate initiatives; * Assist in performance evaluation processes and follow-up on development plans; * Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and management requests; * Interface with managers to gather information and monitor initiatives; * Support internal HR process improvements; * Provide administrative support to the department when needed. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and eager to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources; * Prior experience (even academic) with administrative or HR routines. **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance * Special discounts on a variety of products * Life insurance * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
