Job Summary: The Systems Assistant will provide first- and second-level technical support, handle service requests, analyze and resolve incidents, and assist in maintaining internal systems. WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SYSTEMS ASSISTANT? * Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users; * Handle service requests, analyze and resolve incidents; * Support maintenance and enhancement of internal systems, with focus on transportation and logistics; * Document technical procedures and solutions; * Collaborate with other IT and business departments to ensure service continuity. **Requirements** * Proficiency in SQL language, with emphasis on SQL Server; * Familiarity with Benner system is desirable; * Experience with transportation systems is desirable; * Familiarity with ITIL best practices (incident management, service requests, change management, etc.) is desirable; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and collaborative mindset. * Completed high school education; pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields is a plus.
