




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring equipment operation and high availability. Key Highlights: 1. Description: Requirements: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or related fields; Knowledge: * Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling; * Failure analysis techniques Desirable: * Maintenance experience with cement plant equipment Responsible for supervising mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure maintenance planning activities, developing and monitoring execution of maintenance plans, scheduling routine shutdowns as well as minor and major shutdowns, interfacing with other departments, and providing technical support to the operations team to ensure full facility and equipment functionality, reduce downtime, guarantee high machine availability, and maintain high safety standards. * Supervise the maintenance planning team, assigning tasks, defining priorities, and ensuring availability of tools and resources required for successful task execution. * Monitor execution of inspection, lubrication, shutdown, and preventive maintenance plans at the Plant, considering equipment and industrial facility specifications and criticality, ensuring full functionality. * Ensure extended service life, availability, and performance of industrial equipment by monitoring maintenance plans, KPIs, and inspections; formulate corrective actions for identified deviations; ensure thorough analysis of electrical failures; and implement consistent action plans to eliminate root causes. * Support maintenance management/coordination in investment (CAPEX) management and control through analysis of investment needs, and conduct critical evaluation of items potentially affecting maintenance of new assets after investment implementation. * Participate in preparing the annual Maintenance Planning budget by reviewing historical data, tracking results from prior fiscal years, forecasting equipment service life, and estimating volumes to be shipped. * Monitor the annual Maintenance Planning budget through budget breakdown, monthly expense tracking, and establishment of corrective actions for identified variances. * Support studies and inventory assessments of maintenance spare parts, evaluating material and strategic part turnover rates to reduce maintenance spare parts inventory value, considering equipment similarity during procurement to optimize spares. * Ensure development of equipment maintenance procedures and promote maintenance team training to achieve productivity and quality levels required for excellence in maintenance, including periodic reviews. * Support technical studies and assessments for developing new suppliers to rationalize costs and optimize equipment performance. 2512250202491935172
