Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions, ensuring technical specifications, solution design, and adherence to best practices, as well as training users and aligning with support and IT teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new automation solutions and technologies 2. Proficiency in Low-code RPA, OCR, IDP, and Python scripts 3. Teamwork and knowledge sharing * Develop new automation solutions and technologies * Perform technical specification of automations * Design the technical solution for each automation (in collaboration with the Tech Lead) * Participate in implementation/change management processes * Keep templates and processes for Design, Build, and Testing updated with industry best practices * Develop and test stable, scalable solutions * Share knowledge related to developed solutions with the team * Collaborate on necessary alignments for production deployment of new solutions * Conduct structured handover of developed solutions to the support team * Follow automation, information security, infrastructure, and IT department processes * Train automation users (in collaboration with Business Analysts) **Requirements and Qualifications** Undergraduate degree (in progress) Software development experience Experience with Low-code RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere) Knowledge of OCR and IDP for intelligent document processing Experience with RPA automation using Python scripts Knowledge of APIs Familiarity with BPM solutions (e.g., Pipefy) GenAI knowledge is a plus DevSecOps practices Knowledge of software development infrastructure (microservices, VMs, application servers, etc.) ### **Being Always Together is What Drives Us!!!** We are Algar, a people-serving company part of Grupo Algar, committed to the highest ESG standards.
