So, see below the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Implement incentive campaigns by translating complex business rules into precise data structures. * Develop and optimize advanced SQL code (Snowflake) and orchestrate data workflows using DBT, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in result calculation. * Ensure accuracy in calculating incentives and commissions, minimizing risks of financial errors and labor liabilities. * Manage the full lifecycle of incentive campaigns: from understanding business rules with relevant departments to implementing them in Snowflake. * Deliver data models reflecting the incentive policy, enabling correct bonus calculations without requiring reprocessing. * Guarantee adherence to campaign launch SLAs, maintaining logic error rates close to zero. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, preferably with knowledge of the financial sector. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and proven experience with Snowflake, DBT, Git/GitHub. * Ability to question and review business rules, identifying logical flaws before implementation. * Capacity to translate business needs into precise and efficient technical solutions. * Commitment to data accuracy and financial impact, along with ability to manage deliverables and provide technical support to junior team members. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Experience in the banking sector. * **Work Location:** * Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work); **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (If preferred, you may receive both amounts on a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy of Development; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); All positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).
