Job Summary:
Coordinate the IT team and infrastructure, managing systems, networks, databases, and support, as well as leading implementation and improvement projects.
Key Highlights:
1. Experience in team management and IT coordination (Mandatory)
2. Knowledge of TOTVS Protheus, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
3. Familiarity with PMI, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the IT team and infrastructure;
* Manage systems, networks, databases, and support;
* Lead system implementation and improvement projects;
* Ensure information security and availability;
* Monitor KPIs and optimize processes.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in IT (completed or in progress);
* Experience in team management;
* Knowledge of **TOTVS Protheus**;
* Experience with **Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, VMware, Storage, Networks (WAN/LAN)**;
* Knowledge of hardware, Microsoft Office Suite, and **PMI, Scrum, and ITIL** methodologies.
Compensation: R$11\.000,00 \- R$17\.000,00 per month
