Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring loads to ensure fleet efficiency and effective management of third-party drivers while optimizing logistics processes. Monitor and optimize logistics processes **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule loads according to operational demands and vehicle availability. * Carry out **hiring and negotiation with third-party drivers**, as required by transportation demands. * Organize the sequence of loading and shipments in the warehouse. * Monitor execution of load schedules, making adjustments when necessary. * Ensure optimal utilization of owned and affiliated fleet vehicles. * Maintain contact and alignment with drivers to define loading times, locations, and operational instructions. * Interface with logistics, warehouse operations, drivers, and customers. * Control loading and vehicle departure deadlines. * Monitor load flow to ensure adherence to scheduled timelines. * Record and update information in logistics control systems or spreadsheets. * Identify opportunities for improvement in load scheduling and operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in logistics scheduling, transportation, or cargo operations. * Experience in **hiring or negotiating with third-party/affiliated drivers**. * Knowledge of logistics planning, fleet management, or route optimization. * Proficiency in logistics control systems and spreadsheets.
