In late 2019, Sika received the Swiss Technology Award for an innovative adhesive technology. **Job Description** * Support, critically analyze/assess, and propose solutions for logistics, dispatch, inventory control, stocktaking, and administrative activities. * Analyze/monitor/ensure product delivery as requested, in accordance with delivery deadlines stipulated in customer orders. * Issue loading/shipping orders; * Schedule loading operations; * Perform billing; * Archive departmental delivery receipts and documents; * Develop fleet routing/itineraries aiming to minimize resource usage, distributing loads to accelerate deliveries at lower cost. * Inform carriers about cargo, destination, and freight value; * Arrange independent freight contracts (negotiation and cargo assignment); * Monitor freight, returns, damages, and complaints; * Enter freight order requests into the ERP system; * Manage pallet control (returned pallets); * Maintain updated performance indicators; * Control dispatch operations; * Control material receipts (raw materials, supplies, damages, and returns). * Receive inter-warehouse transfers; * Control/analyze inventory; * Conduct/analyze inventory counts; * Analyze incidents occurring in logistics, dispatch, and inventory processes and propose solutions; * Support the loading team regarding procedures, organization, and instructions; * Support SGI document control; * Support purchase order processing; * Provide plant administrative support. **Qualifications** * Technical degree in Logistics or Administration, or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Administration with Logistics emphasis, or Logistics Technology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * ERP system knowledge; Preferred Qualifications * SAP knowledge * Bachelor’s degree/specialization. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:30–17:18 (lunch break: 11:00–12:00\) We offer competitive salaries aligned with local market standards and the scope and responsibilities specific to each role.
