**IT Assistant Position** **Responsibilities**: Provide technical support to users (hardware and software) Perform maintenance on computers, printers, and IT equipment Configure and support internet, networks, and routers Assist in the installation and configuration of systems and applications used in operational and administrative functions Monitor and resolve internal technical support tickets Support IT infrastructure (networks, connectivity, and equipment) Assist the IT analyst/team lead with departmental requests. **Requirements**: Completed high school education (a degree or ongoing studies in IT is a plus) or a Technologist qualification. Proficiency in computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and internet) Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure Knowledge of router and internet configuration Strong communication and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications**: Knowledge of SQL Experience with Sankhya system Training in networking, infrastructure, or database management **Desired Profile**: We seek committed, organized professionals with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a genuine interest in continuous development and professional growth within the IT field **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location**: Rua do Verbo Divino, No. 108, Chácaras Cotia, Contagem MG **SALARY AND BENEFITS** **Health Insurance – Unimed** Co-payment plan: 50% covered by the company 50% covered by the employee Currently not extendable to children or spouse · **Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance** Transportation Benefit (Ótimo / BHBus card): Provided based on the residence-to-work commute distance.
