Focus on workplace safety and equipment maintenance OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR POSITION Location: Vereda, Ribeirão das Neves - MG Responsibilities: * Operate large-scale overhead cranes (30t) for material and product handling, lifting, and positioning; * Handle hooks, slings, and lifting devices in accordance with required standards; * Inspect the overhead crane prior to use, checking brakes, controls, and safety devices; * Ensure proper equipment maintenance and correct usage; * Assist in truck loading/unloading and organization of spare parts or raw material inventory; * Comply with occupational safety regulations, signage, and cargo handling procedures; * Immediately report any malfunction, wear, or unsafe condition to supervisors. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Overhead Crane Operator training course (with certificate); * Proven experience operating overhead cranes; * Experience in metallurgical, steelmaking, or heavy assembly sectors is desirable.
