Ensures product and process quality **JOB MISSION:** Perform assembly operations for products for which the employee has been trained, following specifications defined by the Company. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Apply biological coating onto the polyester-coated ring, following established manufacturing processes. · Perform manual assembly via sutures securing leaflets to the coated ring, in accordance with the department’s work instructions. · Conduct pre\-testing of valves, per current guidelines, to determine whether or not to proceed with production. · Perform valve molding, when necessary, by inserting cotton into leaflets to ensure proper closure. · Process grafts, pericardia, and valves according to work instructions, to meet required specifications. · Select and assemble products such as grafts, valves, and grafts according to work instructions, to meet required specifications. · Select leaflets by performing measurements and verifying thickness, shape, and coloration, ensuring compliance with work instructions. · Clean selected leaflets, removing excess biological material to facilitate suturing of leaflets or valves onto the conduit. **Responsibilities:** * Make products available for verification by Leadership. * Enter information regarding produced products, following requirements specified by the Quality Management System (QMS). * Complete all forms required by the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the Company’s processes. * Identify non\-conforming situations and products, reporting potential deviations to immediate Leadership so they do not impact maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
