Position Summary: We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA program leader with experience in executive stakeholder management, program governance, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach in multicultural environments. Resilient, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset * Experience leading SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP programs at regional or global levels. * Proven track record in executive stakeholder management, sponsor engagement, and strategic program leadership. * Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills. * Experience in program governance, risk management, and decision facilitation. * Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory). * Residency in Curitiba/Brazil or the region, with availability to travel between countries as required. * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced degree preferred. * Resilient, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. * Experience in global and multicultural project environments. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Up to R$27.084,75 per month
