Job Summary: Work on process improvement projects, from defining the future vision to implementation and monitoring, including process modeling, opportunity identification, and action plan development. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in process improvement projects with a focus on innovation. 2. Process modeling in BPMN and identification of opportunities. 3. Conducting workshops and productivity and automation studies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience as a Mid-Level Process Analyst, including process mapping, design, and redesign, continuous improvement, and performance management; * Proven experience in process improvement projects, applying relevant methodologies; * Knowledge and experience using Bizagi software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs); * Experience in project management; * Preferred: Experience in process mapping within Finance, Maintenance, and Logistics areas. Responsibilities: * Work on process improvement projects, from defining the future vision to implementation and monitoring; * Process modeling in BPMN, identification of opportunities and gaps, and development of action plans; * Develop and implement project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Conduct workshops and studies on productivity, improvements, and automation; * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making; * Monitor performance indicators and establish internal controls for process optimization; * Support organizational change management and team capacity building; * Analyze data for activity volume and time studies, assessing automation potential; * Draft process specifications, procedures, and other supporting documentation.
