You can check all the jobs you’ve applied for on LinkedIn by going to the Jobs tab, then clicking “My Jobs” in the left sidebar, and selecting the “Applied” filter. This gives you a complete list of every application you’ve submitted, along with the company name, job title, date applied, and current status (e.g., “Applied,” “Viewed,” “Interviewing,” or “Declined”).
For most users, this is the primary hub. Applications made through Easy Apply are automatically tracked here. If you applied via an external company career site, LinkedIn may not capture it — in that case, you can manually add a note by clicking the three dots next to the job listing and selecting “Add note.” I check this tab at least once a week to stay organized.
Here’s a quick breakdown of the statuses you’ll typically see:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Applied | Your application was submitted successfully |
| Viewed | A recruiter or hiring manager has looked at your profile and application |
| Interviewing | You’ve been contacted for an interview (phone, video, or in-person) |
| Declined | The position has been filled or your application was not selected |
Pro tip: LinkedIn also sends email notifications when your application status changes, but the “Applied” tab is the most reliable place to see everything in one spot. If you’ve applied to a lot of roles, use the filter by date option to sort by most recent or oldest first.

I just open the LinkedIn app, tap the Jobs icon at the bottom, then tap “My Jobs” and “Applied.” It shows everything I’ve submitted. I like that the date is listed so I can see which ones are still fresh. If you’ve applied months ago, old entries might get archived automatically, but you can still find them under “Archived.” Just make sure your notifications are turned on so you don’t miss a recruiter reaching out.
